Our BeeBrain carries a 30-day warranty period from the day you received the product based on delivery confirmation. Other NewBeeDrone products have a 15-day warranty period.

Q1: I just received my BeeBriain Lite flight controller. I plugged the battery in, but the board does not power up and/or the OSD does not show up. Is this covered in the warranty?
A1: Since there was no corrective work and modifications done on the board, we will cover this in the warranty as long as you respond to us within 30 days. Please open a ticket or contact us on NewBeeDrone Hive Facebook Group and we will assist you in troubleshooting and solving the problem.
Q2: I swapped the power lead and accidentally de-soldered a component on the BeeBrain board. Is this covered in the warranty?
A2: Since there is modifications and corrective work done on the board by someone who is not affiliated with NewBeeDrone, our warranty will not cover your product in this situation.
Q3: I crashed my AcroBee and I suspect something is wrong. Can this be replaced?
A3: Crashing issues are considered damages done onto the board hence will not be covered by warranty.
Q4: I broke a component on the board and I would like to pay you guys to fix it for me.
A4: Unfortunately, we do not offer any service to fix components on the board as of right now.
Q5: My dog took a bite out of my AcroBee/My AcroBee took a shower/My AcroBee was run over by a car and now it doesn’t fly. Are these covered by warranty?
A5: Unfortunately, these are considered accidents and will not be covered by the warranty.
