When this happens, we do want to know who packed the package and what is missing. You can open a support ticket with the title " Something is missing or damaged in my package" HERE
Then, you will receive an automatic reply from our system. Now you can reply to that automated message with a picture of the packing slip and all contents in your package. We will send you the missing or damaged item.
Please keep in mind that we DO NOT cover any physical damage caused by users.
