Please note that once your package leaves our warehouse, we do not have any control over it. You should contact the shipping carrier for tracking information.
There are two scenarios when your tracking information is not updated.
First, you might see your tracking status showing "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" after 48 hours. What happened is when USPS first got the packages, they might miss one or two scans. Without scanning your package, their system will not log the location and time for tracking.
Usually, even they missed the initial scan, your package should still arrive on time. Please allow a few business days for the delivery.
Second, you might see the tracking information updates correctly, but it stops updating at one point before the delivery and never gets updated later.
When this happens, the package might be left and forgotten at a corner in their facility, or it is lost or stolen. If you contact USPS, there is a big chance they can find it for you. So please feel free to contact the USPS.
If you don't receive it three days after the estimated delivery date, please open a ticket HERE.
