The acrobee video system consists of a camera, Video Transmitter (VTX), is powered by and connected to the Flight Controller (FC). In order for this system to work all parts of the system must be working correctly.
Example of Normal operation
Here is a video showing normal working condition. Please note each flying environment will yield different results but this shows a baseline.
Description of Problem
In this section we will take a look at seeing lines in your video.
This can be caused by being on the wrong channel, or band, debris on the motor shaft, bent props, broken frame, among other things.
Some solutions to this are verifying your goggles and VTX are on the same band and channel. To do this go into CLI in betaflight and type “set” then press enter, this will list the VTX band, channel, and power. Please also make sure the VTX power is not set to “0” Also remove the props and verify there is no debris on any of the motor shafts. If you have new props please put them on and see if that resolves the issue. Also if the frame is damaged that can cause vibrations that can affect video, please also ensure all FC hardware is secure. If you have another power connector please solder it on as this can also fix this issue. If your video lines get worse as you apply throttle you most likely have damaged a chip and will need to replace the FC.
If you are still having issues, please submit a ticket with your order number and an explanation of the issue so we can assist you.
